NOTICE TO PROPONENTS

Please be advised of the following amendments to the Request for Proposals – Operator for the Torngat Mountains Base Camp and Research Station & Hebron National Historic Site:

1. The Closing Date to submit a proposal in response to the Nunatsiavut Government’s Request for Proposals for an Operator of the Torngat Mountains Base Camp, Research Station & Hebron National Historic Site has been extended from September 26, 2024 to October 11, 2024 at 4:00pm AST.
2. Due to the extended Closing Date, the deadline for the submission of all queries and requests for clarification has also been extended from September 6, 2024 to September 23, 2024 at 4:00pm AST.
3. All proposals, queries and requests for clarification must be submitted to:
   • Jenna Gilbride – Deputy Minister of the Department of Language, Culture and Tourism at [email protected]; and Jillian Larkham – Director of Tourism at [email protected] on or before the new Closing Date.

4. All other conditions and requirements outlined in the Request for Proposals remain the same.
