As the Nunatsiavut Government (NG) is continuously expanding and evolving to meet the needs of our Beneficiaries, the demand on recruiting and retaining staff has increased substantially. With the increased demand there is a need for temporary recruitment services, on an ‘as and when needed’ basis, in support of recruitment needs.
The purpose of this RFP is to select a temporary recruitment agency that has the experience and capabilities to support NG’s hiring needs, on an ‘as and when needed’ hourly time and materials or contingency fee basis.
