The Nunatsiavut Government wishes to retain the services of a Prime Consultant to design three (3) multiplex housing buildings in the Inuit Communities of Makkovik, Postville, and Rigolet.
The successful Proponent will design three (3) apartments; one in each of the towns of Makkovik, Postville, and Rigolet. The apartments will comprise of six units (two- and three-bedroom) with a total floor area of approximately 10,000 square feet (per building).
