The Nunatsiavut Assembly seeks to engage a qualified consultant to assist in the development of an electronic means of voting for the Canadian Constituency, to be utilized in a hybrid system alongside mail-in ballots. The goal is to create a safe and secure electronic voting option for approximately 2500 Beneficiaries living in the constituency of Canada.
