Nunatsiavut First Minister Melva Williams today announced that she has accepted the resignation of Terry Vincent as Minister of Lands and Natural Resources. Mr. Vincent will continue to serve as the Ordinary Member for Hopedale until the Nunatsiavut Assembly is dissolved.

The First Minister expressed gratitude for Mr. Vincent’s service and dedication to the Nunatsiavut Government and to the people of Hopedale.

“On behalf of the Nunatsiavut Government, I want to sincerely thank Mr. Vincent for his commitment and contributions to our Lands and Natural resources portfolio. His work has been instrumental in advancing important initiatives and ensuring that our resources are managed responsibly for the benefit of all Labrador Inuit.
