The Nunatsiavut Government (NG) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct four (4) 24 x 54 ft residential homes for one-family use at Wolfrey Lakeview Drive (Lot 1-4), Rigolet, Nunatsiavut, NL.

The NG intends work to be completed during the 2027 construction season.

Bids are to be submitted online through MERX Canadian Public Tenders no later than 3:00 p.m. (Atlantic Time) on September 18, 2026.

The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted, and the Nunatsiavut Government reserves the right to cancel this RFT. Bids will be evaluated on the principles of value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to the Nunatsiavut Procurement Act.
