Goose Bay Capital Corporation (GBCC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NGC. GBCC is a 310-acre commercial and residential development located in the town of Happy Valley Goose Bay. This exciting and forward-thinking development is poised to define life for generations to come, promising to bring new people and resources to Labrador.

Currently there are two occupants – Gear’s Gains and the Wellness Centre that will be run by the YMCA.
