NGC Solutions has a partnership with Air Borealis to operate the Torngat Mountains Base Camp and Research Station located in St John’s Harbour, near the southern boundary of the Torngat Mountains National Park. The base camp and research facility provides a base of operations for Parks Canada staff, researchers, and adventurous tourists. The partnership with Air Borealis allows for the capacity to get people, supplies, and equipment to and from the Base Camp. The suite of services include accommodations, tours and excursions, camp maintenance and operations, bear monitors, and logistics.

NGC Solutions operates the Café Illusuak, a café and gift shop, located in the Illusuak Cultural Centre in Nain, Nunatsiavut. The café offers in-dining and take-out service of homemade baked goods, soups and sandwiches. The Café also offers catering to the community and local businesses. The gift shop sells craft items from Nunatsiavut and Labrador craftspeople as well as souvenirs.
