Nunatsiavut Affairs oversees the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of public property in Nunatsiavut. Public property includes Nunatsiavut Government-owned facilities used for:
- Delivery of government services (e.g. public health, daycare)
- Staff Housing within Nunatsiavut
- Office buildings
- and Nunatsiavut Assembly Infrastructure

In order to realize our goals for Labrador Inuit, it is imperative that all parties to the LILCA (federal, provincial and Nunatsiavut governments) fulfill their respective obligations under the Agreement.
