The Nunatsiavut Electoral Officer is advising Beneficiaries of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement that no candidates have come forward by the close of nominations at 2 p.m. on November 20 for the December 5 by-election for Beneficiaries residing in the Constituency of Nain.
The by-election was initially set for November 7, but was postponed because no candidates had been declared.
Information regarding timing of a third call for nominations will be made in the coming days.
