The Nunatsiavut Government’s Residential Heat Pump Program (RHPP), and its specific parameters, is only being offered to Beneficiaries of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement residing in the Inuit communities of Nain, Hopedale, Postville, Makkovik and Rigolet.
