Public Asset Sale Requirements:
- Sealed bids must clearly state the Lot Number, bidders name and phone number on the envelope, and can be dropped off at any Nunatsiavut Government office to the Community Liasson Officer.
- Bids must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 6, 2026.
- Successful bidders will be notified and will have one week to submit payment (cash or cheque) and pick up the goods on an “as is, where is” basis.
- NG is not obligated to accept the highest or any bid for any item.
- Beneficiaries of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement should identify themselves on their bid by including their Beneficiary Number.
- If no bid for an item is considered fair value, NG may decline to sell the item.
- If the successful bidder fails to pay for and collect the item within the specified timeframe, the bid will be deemed cancelled and the NG may offer the item to the next highest eligible bidder.
