The Nunatsiavut Assembly is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design a state-of-the-art audio-visual system for the Nunatsiavut Assembly building in Hopedale, Nunatsiavut. The goal is to enhance the functionality, reliability, and clarity of the audio-visual experience for both the legislators and the public.

The successful proponent will be responsible for:

• Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current audio-visual infrastructure. This will
  require an on-site visit.
• Designing a modern audio-visual system that meets the needs of the Nunatsiavut Assembly
  legislative process.
• Provide detailed specifications and drawings for the proposed solution.
• Work with the Nunatsiavut Government in creating tender-ready documents for the acquisition
  and installation of designed audio-visual system.
