The Nunatsiavut Government (NG) Department of Language, Culture and Tourism is currently seeking the services of a consultant to develop a renewal of our current Refreshed Nunatsiavut Tourism Strategy 2021-2025.
The Division of Tourism oversees the Nunatsiavut Tourism Strategy and the Nunatsiavut Arts Strategy. The Division is also responsible for overseeing the operating contract of the Torngat Mountains Base Camp and Research Station, the Youth Leadership Program at the Torngat Mountains Base Camp and Research Station and the Hebron Ambassador Program, as well as tourism development of the Labrador Inuit story within the Mealy Mountains National Park Reserve.
The purpose of this RFP is to select a consultant that has the experience and capabilities to develop a Renewed Nunatsiavut Tourism Strategy that supports tourism development within Nunatsiavut and aligns with the Provincial Government tourism strategy and plans.
