REQUEST FOR TENDERS – CONSTRUCTION OF 6 PLEX APARTMENT BUILDING IN NAIN (NGINF-101A)

The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct a Six (6)
Plex Apartment Building in Nain at 56-58 Harmony Road (lot 20-16 / 20-17)

The NG intends to begin the construction of two level 9,763 square foot building during the 2023 construction season.

Bids are to be submitted online through MERX Canadian Public Tenders no later than 3:00 p.m. (Atlantic Time) on April 7, 2023.

The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Nunatsiavut
Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP. Proposals will be evaluated on the principles of value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to the Procurement Act.
