The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking bids from qualified contractors to complete upgrades to the infrastructure located at Torngat Mountains Basecamp. The works proposed under this Contract generally includes electrical work, platform and dome construction, washroom retrofits, fuel delivery, and more.
The NG intends to begin and complete these upgrades during the 2026 season.

Bids are to be submitted online through MERX Canadian Public Tenders no later than 1:30 p.m. (Atlantic Time) on June 25, 2026.
The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Nunatsiavut Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP. Proposals will be evaluated on the principles of value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to the Nunatsiavut Procurement Act.
