The Nunatsiavut Government, through its Department of Health and Social Development, is inviting proposals from qualified proponents to provide suitable office and program space in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL.

The proposed facility will serve as a central hub for the delivery of health, social development, mental wellness, justice-related supports, and other community-based programming for Beneficiaries of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement in the Upper Lake Melville area. The space must support confidential client services, culturally respectful programming, staff operations, and community gatherings for beneficiaries.
