Thank you for your interest in preparing a proposal submission for the Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) component of the Nain Wind Micro Grid Project (the Project). The Owner is a partnership between the Nunatsiavut Government and independent power producer, Natural Forces. The Project is structured as a multi-contract project led by the Owner’s project company – Nunatsiavut Clean Energy Corporation. The successful Respondent will work under the Owner and Owner’s Representatives for the Project.

To be considered, submit one (1) original proposal as outlined in Schedule 3 – Proposal Form, including the requirements outlined in Schedule 2 – Owner’s Statement of Requirements. Each item, at a minimum, on the Proposal Form shall be completed. Incomplete proposals may not be accepted.
